Our Factory – JHD Manufacturing Facility
JHD operates a full-scale manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of anti-drone modules, devices, and systems.
R&D Center
Covering hardware development, RF power amplifier design, product structural design, industrial design, and system integration. Our three product lines – modules, devices, and systems – are all designed in-house.

Equipped with fully automated high-precision SMT assembly lines, supporting precision components down to 0201. Advanced printing, placement, and reflow soldering ensure accuracy and reliability for RF modules.
SMT · High-Precision AssemblyDIP Workshop
Equipped with wave soldering lines and assembly lines for through-hole component soldering. Works alongside SMT to complete full PCBA production.
DIP · Through-Hole AssemblyCNC Workshop
Multiple high-precision CNC machining centers for precision fabrication of heatsinks, enclosures, structural parts, and accessories. Full quality control ensures dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
CNC · Precision MachiningEnclosure Workshop
Specializing in mold development, injection molding, and metal stamping for enclosures. Produces plastic housings, metal shielding covers, heatsinks, brackets, and custom hardware components.

Handles final assembly and system integration for modules, devices, and systems. Standardized workflows ensure structural integrity and assembly consistency for every product.
Assembly · System IntegrationTesting Workshop
Final quality verification before shipment. Every unit undergoes power output testing, frequency calibration, thermal cycling, and full functional testing.
Testing · Quality VerificationWarehouse
Dedicated zones for components, semi-finished, and finished goods with FIFO inventory management. All materials undergo incoming quality control (IQC).
